Below is a list of our current projects.

Peoria Community Center Expansion & Renovation

Client: City of Peoria

The Peoria Community Center will be renovated and expanded, adding 10,000 SF to the existing 14,000 SF facility. The Community Center will be operational during construction and is seeking LEED certification.

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Moving Walkways

Client: City of Phoenix
Cost: $4,000,000

The project consists of replacing four, 300-foot moving walkways in Terminal Four on the bridges between the concourses.

NAU Ardrey Auditorium Circulation Improvements

Client: Northern Arizona University
Cost: $4,800,000
Architect: RSP Architects

The Ardrey Auditorium is a 1,500 seat performing arts auditorium on NAU's North Campus and is over 30 years old. Major renovations include 56,000-square foot
 of ADA, life safety and aesthetic enhancements, including new fire sprinkler system,
elevator and finishes throughout; replacement of fire alarm system, main auditorium
seats, main lobby restrooms, ticket booth and North entrance ramp,

Ballet Arizona Renovation

Client: City of Phoenix
Cost: $2,400,000.00

Ballet Arizona will have a new home and be able to expand their facilities in a renovated 40,580 SF building. Improvements will include: seven dance studios, including the music rehearsal studio and black box theatre; corporate offices, call center and box office; production support, wardrobe, dancer support areas and dressing rooms; and the Ballet Arizona School.

Arizona Opera Renovation and Rehearsal Hall Addition

Goodrich Headquarters Tenant Improvement

Client: Goodrich Corporation
Cost: $1,300,000

This project is a 21,000 SF tenant improvement of the new Goodrich Corporation headquarters and will consist of executive offices, manager offices, executive conference rooms, restrooms, showers, fitness room, data room, breakroom, janitors closet and electrical room.
