From pre-construction planning through project completion, we provide a wide variety of construction services to many of the leading businesses and organizations in Arizona. Our diverse work includes education, government/municipality, cultural, retail, industrial, and commercial offices.

Below is a list of our current projects.

NAU Science Building, Yuma

Client: Northern Arizona University

NAU-Yuma has been serving southwestern Arizona since 1988 and their partnership with Arizona Western College provides students a direct path to complete four-year professional degree programs. As an officially designated branch campus for the Flagstaff-based institution, NAU-Yuma is adding a new 12,225 square foot research building. The two-story facility will include laboratory and teaching spaces, and is expected to be completed in late 2008.

Tumbleweed Parks & Facility Service Center, Chandler

A new 23,500 square foot maintenance facility for the Parks and Recreation Department. The facility will include administrative offices, maintenance areas, and storage.

Galveston Elementary School Classroom Addition, Chandler

Client: Chandler Union High School District

Our fourth project for Chandler Unified School District is a 8,000 square foot classroom addition and parking lot expansion.

Maryvale Community Center Pool House, Phoenix

We are building a 3,000 square foot replacement pool house that will compliment the Maryvale Community Center located on the adjacent lot.

Royal Palm Middle School Renovations & Additions, Phoenix

Client: Washington Elementary School District
Cost: $6,300,000

This project will make major changes to the Royal Palm Middle School campus. Renovations include classroom, storage and restroom spaces. New construction includes administration office, library and classroom buildings. In addtion, site improvements will include new parking, fire lane and bus drop-off lanes.

Chandler Center for the Arts

 The Chandler Center for the Arts is over 20 years old and is undergoing renovations of the infrastructure and theatrical components in the main lobby. The scope includes replacement of the rigging systems, ADA improvements, air conditioning upgrades, seating refurbishment, lobby floor remediation, installation of an orchestra lift and other facility related refurbishments.
