Below is a list of our current projects.


Estrell/Towers Jail Chilled Water Loop Conversion

Client: Maricopa County Capital Facilities Development Dept.

A chilled water loop conversion of existing HVAC evaporative coolers to air handling units at the Estrella and Towers Jails.


Phoenix Art Museum Gallery Modernization and New Community Room

Client: City of Phoenix
Cost: $2,900,000

The Phoenix Art Museum is expanding and modernizing its facilities including the addition of a new 2,000 SF community room and the renovation of 25,000 SF of gallery space. The space located in the north wing known as the Western American, Latin American, European, Asian and Thorne Miniature Galleries will be brought up to the standards of the addition completed in 2006. Repairs will also be completed in the Great Hall, Promenade and Lobby areas.


NAU North Union Renovation

Client: Northern Arizona University
Cost: $3,000,000

The North Union Building is undergoing renovations to correct code issues and prepare the space for adaptive reuse. The 45,000 SF renovation includes replacing the roof, wiring, sprinkler and mechanical systems. Also included are renovations to the Prochnow Auditorium located in the west addition and a restaurant that will serve students during the day and convert to a steak house in the evening.


NAU Native American Cultural Center

Client: Northern Arizona University
Cost: $6,000,000

The new 12,000 SF Cultural Center will be located on NAU's North Campus. The Center will provide additional support for Native American and other students, creating a special place where they can interact with a diverse group of peers, seek academic support and take pride in their University involvement.


Manzanita Senior Center

Client: City of Phoenix

A new 12,000 SF senior center with a serving kitchen, large multi-purpose room and multi-use space for arts and crafts, billiards, exercise equipment and table games.


Peoria Community Center Renovation

Client: City of Peoria
Cost: $7,000,000

The Peoria Community Center will be renovated and expanded, adding 10,000 SF to the existing 14,000 SF facility. The Community Center will be operational during construction and is seeking LEED certification.


ADOA Photovoltaic Systems Design & Installation

Client: Arizona Department of Administration
Cost: $500,000

This project involves the installation of a 50kW inverter solar photovoltaic system on the Polly Rosenbaum Archives Building.


Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Moving Walkways

Client: City of Phoenix
Cost: $2,000,000

The project consists of replacing two, 300-foot moving walkways in Terminal Four on the bridges between the concourses.


Maricopa County West Court 2nd, 3rd & 4th Floor Remodel

Client: Maricopa County Capital Facilities Development Dept.

We are completing tenant improvements on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor of the 6-story West Court building located at the Maricopa Central Court Complex in downtown Phoenix. All other floors in the building will be occupied during construction.
