Chandler Center for the Arts

The Chandler Center for the Arts is undergoing renovations of the infrastructure, theatrical components and the main lobby. The scope includes replacement of the rigging systems, ADA improvements, air conditioning upgrades, seating refurbishment, lobby floor remediation, and other facility related refurbishments.


Tempe History Museum Renovation

The renovation of Tempe's History Museum created four feature areas in the main exhibit space and added a 4,000 SF community room. Environmentally friendly features were incorporated including natural lighting, low water use fixtures, green materials and Xeriscape landscaping.


Heard Museum North

Client: Heard Museum

This new 10,000 SF facility enables the museum to display more of its permanent collection, expand its retail offerings and include a café. Environmentally appropriate materials, such as wood-clad walls using reclaimed redwood, handcrafted millwork, glass and metal are used throughout the open space.


Heard Museum Berlin Fine Art Gallery and Shop Expansion

A 3,000 SF addition for the Berlin Art Gallery and administrative spaces for the existing gift shop at the Heard Museum on Central.


Heard Museum HOME: Native People in the Southwest Exhibit

The renovation and new addition to the Heard Museum allows the display of more than 2,000 objects from the museum's permanent collection. The project included the demolition of a 1950's building, the renovation of 11,000 SF and the addition of 4,000 SF with new casework throughout. The renovation of the 1920's building includes a new 40 seat-theater and media room.


Downtown Plaza Bead Museum & Civic Center Annex Renovation

This project included the addition of 2,000 SF to the existing Downtown Bead Museum and 4,000 SF to an existing building that houses the Civic Center Annex.


ASU Grady Gammage Renovations

Client: Arizona State University

The scope of work was complex, requiring careful demolition and reinforcement of  the stage house and rigging roof structures on this architecturally significant, world-renowned theatre.
