Borders Books, Music & Cafe

This project consisted of an interior building out of 25,500 square feet of retail and cafe space. The interior high-end finishes included millwork, ceramic flooring, high-grade carpet and lighting fixtures.


Clive Christians of Scottsdale

Client: Christians of Scottsdale

A 5,000 SF tenant improvement for an exclusive interior design, high-end kitchen and bath showroom catering to custom home builders throughout the western United States. The project included the addition of a 4,000 SF steel mezzanine.


Popular Outdoor Outfitters Retail Store

Brignall completed the shell and tenant improvements, including retail fixtures, for this new 24,000 SF retail store. This was the first Popular location built by Brignall Construction Company. and it was completed 35% faster than their previous ten stores had been.


College Book Center

The College Book Center occupies approximately 3,600 SF of this new 15,000 SF retail building. Tenant improvements for the book center were part of the base project. The remaining area of the building was speculative retail space.


Borders Book Store Paradise Valley Mall

The project included site work, shell modification and interior build out of  33,000 SF of retail space. A new store front entry and facade was built to provide better visibility from the street.
