Heritage Library Renovation

Client: Yuma County Library District
Cost: $3,800,000
Architect: Studio Ma, Inc.
Delivery Method: Design-Build

The Heritage Library was one of the original Carnegie libraries built in 1921. Through the design-build process, we provided a complete retrofit and full structural redesign of the 40,000 SF library, creating a new identity and restoring it as a prominent social destination and focal point in downtown Yuma.


Chandler CARE Center

Client: Chandler Unified School District
Cost: $2,000,000
Architect: BCDM Architecture
Delivery Method: CM@Risk

This new 9,000 SF medical/dental facility serves the local community by providing health care and counseling services as well as a food and clothing bank. This project will be LEED Silver Certified.


Maryvale Pool House

Client: City of Phoenix
Cost: $1,500,000
Architect: Holly Street Studio
Delivery Method: Design-Build

The new 3,000 SF pool house replaced the original pool house. Sustainable features include photovoltaic panels on the main entrance canopy, recycled materials used for benches and decking, natural daylighting and ventilation, low-e glass, and low  VOC coatings and paints.


Tri-City West/Thornwood Branch, Boys & Girls Club

Client: Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix
Cost: $1,200,000

This club provides a safe haven for the children in the Avondale, Litchfield Park and Goodyear communities. The facility Includes an indoor gym, lobby, lounges, classrooms, office and kitchen.


Tatum Ranch Community Center

Client: Tatum Ranch Community Association

A new 6,000 SF community center for a private master-planned community. The center includes a reception area, offices, conference rooms, community/meeting rooms, lunchroom, commercial kitchen, and support spaces.


Horizon Park Community Center

Client: City of Scottsdale
Cost: $1,750,000
Architect: John P.A. Todd Associates, Architects
Delivery Method: Public Hard Bid

The new 20,000 SF community center includes classrooms, open recreation areas, multi-purpose rooms, fitness areas and a lecture theater.
