The Santa Fe Depot is on Phoenix's Historic Registry underwent major renovations including remodeling 15,000 SF of the interior for the County Assessor's Office and restoration of the exterior. The project also includes minor office renovations of vacated spaces in the 301 Administration Building. Seeking LEED Gold CI.


Maricopa County West Court 2nd, 3rd & 4th Floor Remodel

Travis L. Williams Family Service Center

A new 25,000 SF family service center on a 3-acre site. The Center provides meeting, classroom, computer lab and administrative spaces. The radius lobby and window wall systems gives a feeling of openness and allows the receptionist greater viewing of the surroundings.
