We have partnered with some of the most discriminating school districts, community colleges, and universities to deliver solutions that enhance the learning process and meet the demanding time constraints and quality requirements common to these jobs. Many educational construction projects take place on active campuses, so our strong organizational and scheduling skills are especially valuable in minimizing disruption and maximizing safety.


Royal Palm Middle School Renovations & Additions

The Royal Palm Middle School expansion and renovation touched every space on campus. The expansion included a new administration building, library and classroom, creating a new face for the campus. The renovations included new windows in the cafeteria; new special systems, flooring, paint, recoating the roofs campus wide; and major site modifications.


NAU Science Research and Education Building

As an officially designated branch campus for the Flagstaff-based institution, NAU-Yuma added a new 12,000 SF research building.


Chandler Unified School District - Office Expansion

Galveston Elementary School Classroom Addition

Hartford Silvia Encinas Elementary School Addition

A new 8,000 SF classroom building and adjacent restroom building addition was completed without any disruption to the existing campus activities.


Trevor G. Browne High School Renovations & Additions

Renovations for the Trevor G. Browne High School included the demolition and renovation of a 17,000 SF classroom for ROTC. The space was converted to classrooms, a new riffle range and arms storage. Site improvements included the addition of ceramic tile in the corridors of all other buildings on campus.


Central High School Renovations

Renovations at Central High School consisted of upgrades to 42 restrooms campus wide and improvements to the field house.  Improvements included a 2,430 SF weight room and 6,000 SF of office space.


West Wing School

A new 90,000 SF elementary school including two buildings consisting of a 67,000 SF, 3-story classroom building and an 18,000 SF multi-purpose room.


High Desert Middle School

Chandler-Gilbert Community College Student Center

A new 17,000 SF student center located at the intersection of the major pedestrian mall on campus. The project included of two buildings, which feature numerous large overhead doors that provide the ability to combine indoor-outdoor space for campus events.
