Required QualificationsProject ManagerThe Project Manager is responsible for the efficient management and administration of one or more construction projects. The Project Manager works in tandem with the superintendent to achieve project goals and is accountable for project costs, profitability, staff development and client relationships.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; Word, Excel, Outlook, Project. Knowledge of Timberline is a plus.
- Effective communications skills; written, verbal, and active listening.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Good understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, and their impact on project activities.
- An ability to take initiative.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and ability to control and supervise large groups is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager.
SuperintendentThe Superintendent has authority and responsibility for the physical construction of the project. The Superintendent shall supervise trade employees and plan and manage subcontractors in establishing construction means and methods, scheduling, coordination, and workplace safety.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; Word, Excel, Outlook, Project. Knowledge of Timberline is a plus.
- Effective communications skills; written, verbal, and active listening.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- An ability to take initiative.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Minimum of five years field supervisory experience in similar facility construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures required.
- Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, and ability to control and supervise large groups is essential.
EstimatorProvide and/or coordinate full estimating services on all projects.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; Word, Excel, Outlook, Project. Knowledge of Timberline is a plus.
- Effective communications skills; written, verbal, and active listening.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Must have ability to prepare complex proposals with minimum of supervision.
- The successful candidate must be detailed, highly organized and focused.
- An ability to take initiative.
- Thorough knowledge of estimating techniques, engineering disciplines, and sub-trade is required.
- Ability to estimate all types of projects/contracts, plus ability to coordinate group work essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture is preferred.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in estimating and at least three years in general contracting industry is preferred.
Project EngineerProject Engineer provides technical support to and under the direction of the Project Manager and Superintendent. A Project Engineer's primary obligation is project document control. Additionally, the Project Engineer should gain competence in project administration, cost control, and scheduling tasks.
