New Projects for Maricopa County
Brignall was recently awarded two chilled water loop conversion projects at the Durango Jail Complex. The projects are located at Estrella Jail and Towers Jail.
Projects Start Construcion
Construction has recently started for three projects: Phoenix Art Museum Gallery Modernization and New Community Room, Northern Arizona University North Union Renovation and the Maricopa County West Court 2nd, 3rd and 4th Floor Remodel.
New Project in Maricopa West Court Building
We were selected to provide CMAR services for the remodel of three floors in the West Court Building located at the Maricopa Central Court Complex in downtown Phoenix. This is our third project in this building, we previously remodeled two floors and provided infrastructure upgrades.

Brignall Construction Company adds two new talented employees! Marc Roberts has joined Brignall as a Project Manager bringing 12 years experience in education, healthcare and retail. Bobby Walker, LEED AP has joined Brignall as an Estimator. Bobby's experience includes education, industrial, healthcare and hospitality projects located in the Southwest.
New LEED Accredited Professional at Brignall
Chance Severns, Project Manager, recently achieved LEED accreditation bringing Brignall's total LEED accredited professionals to six. Congratulations, Chance!
New Projects for Northern Arizona University
Brignall is pleased to announce the award of two new projects for Northern Arizona University. We will be providing CMAR services for renovations of Ardrey Auditorium and Fine Arts Classrooms as well as the North Union. Both projects are fast-track projects expected to be complete in 2009.
Brignall Awarded New Projects
Brignall Construction Company was recently awarded the $6 million renovation of the Chandler Center for the Arts and the $3.5 million renovation of the Tempe History Museum.
Brignall Construction Awarded Five New Projects
Recent project awards for Brignall Construction include: Northern Arizona University's Science Lab & Teaching Facility at Arizona Western College; Tumbleweed Parks & Facility Service Center; Galveston Elementary School Classroom Addition and Care Center; Maryvale Community Pool Bathhouse; and Royal Palm Middle School Renovation & Additions.
